Returns / Exchanges

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at thecasualcatholic@gmail.com.

If you’re unhappy for any reason with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

• If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed or undamaged with all original tags attached.

For exchanges, we ask that you include the packing slip or order number, as well as what size/color/style you’d like in exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process a new order to ship out to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of payment being received. We currently ship to all U.S. states. Casual Catholic uses UPS to ship all its products. Shipping times in transit vary based on the the shipping destination and package weight, and may be affected by weather or other external forces.
